  1. 5-Year Full Satisfaction Warranty
    1. All Thermaxx, LLC insulation jackets are warrantied to be free of defects in materials and workmanship for five (5) years from the date of original purchase. Jackets found to be defective will be repaired or replaced with the same style or equivalent insulation jacket at Thermaxx, LLC’s sole discretion.
  1. What the Thermaxx, LLC Warranty Does Not Cover
    1. Certain conditions can invalidate the Thermaxx warranty coverage. By way of example, but not all inclusive, Thermaxx will not issue credit for returned product that has experienced: excessive wear/scuffing, damaged straps as a result of cutting or tearing, material damage caused by exposure to flame or temperatures above the maximum temperature on the original proposal.
