Exhibitor Stories, West Coast EMC, Energy Management Congress
My name is Will Jones, I’m with Thermaxx and I’m Vice President and Partner. We’re here at the EMC show. It’s a show that we’ve done many many times all over the US. We manufacture removable reusable insulation blankets for compononets that need to be insulated: chilled water, steam, hot water, acoustics (noise reduction). And we’re one of two companies in the world that makes jackets for cryogenics service (LNG service) -460°F and our jackets work!
Universities and Hospitals, we’ve been very successful at helping them save tremendous amounts of money. And we work with gas companies all across the US. We’re able to get our customer incentives! We like this particular show simply because we meet great customers. It’s been a valuable show to our growth. 10 years ago we had 4 employees, and today we have 70 employees so, Thermaxx is growing and part of it is due to shows like this. We meet “old” people. We meet old friends. The people we meet here have the ability to buy products, they’re the right people.
