Tom Salagaj is the Manager Of Operations of Thermaxx
Tom comes to Thermaxx from the semiconductor industry where he has over 30 years of experience in equipment design, production and installation. Tom has been awarded 3 patents and has co-authored over 35 technical publication on equipment design and materials processes. Some of his previous responsibilities included overseeing the production lines for celestial solar cells and blue, green and UV LED’s (light emitting diodes). He has been awarded a certification of accomplishment from the University of Cincinnati for his contribution in developing the world’s tallest carbon nanotube forest. Tom’s experience in designing custom deposition equipment for laboratory and cleanroom processes, especially high temperature processes utilizing thermal insulation for gas lines and process chambers, gives Thermaxx and added advantage in expanding their cleanroom and custom markets.
