To make it easier, customers can forward native files to us and we will complete any needed conversion via file exchange formats such as IGES. All of Thermaxx's design work is done electronically through our paperless system with secure storage backup.

In unique situations where the valves, pipes or equipment to be insulated aren’t standard sizes, we pinpoint all opportunities to improve performance and cost before proceeding to the design and build stage. Critical components, dimensions and details — including insulation, covering, closure type, surface temperature, peak heat resistance and pad environment — are all scrutinized and identified early.

By clearly understanding the application, we are able to suggest improvements in pad design and materials that can save you time and money. Moreover, all of TFI’s quotes reflect the total cost of your project; there are no hidden costs or fees.

Field Measurments:
Field measuring can be as simple as giving us the valve manufacture, the model number, class rating (150, 300 etc.) connections (flanged, NPT, grooved) and the temperature of the fluid. Thermaxx can supply measuring guides, we will be happy to furnish the guides upon request. This is just one more way that TFI is dedicated to producing superior quality thermal insulation covers.

Installation
In most cases, installation of our Thermaxx Jackets insulation pads & covers takes 5 minutes or less. They are designed for ease of use - no special skills are required. For more complex projects, we can be on the project site to install the insulation covers.
