From the very beginning of the engagement, our insulation experts are available to help you to properly assess your needs. We’ll help you take all factors into consideration, from pressure and surface temperature, to the special demands of the environment the insulation pad must function in. We can then recommend standard thermal insulation covers or customize one to meet your needs.

Measuring For Your Thermaxx Jacket                                                                                                                                                              In most cases, clients are able to send us exact measurements of the pipe, valve or equipment they need to insulate. However, when a difficult measurement is required – in the case of a custom valve or pipes that are difficult to reach or dangerous to access – we offer laser analysis in order to get the dimensions exactly right.

Designing Your Thermaxx Jacket Insulation Cover
For our clients’ convenience, we accept CAD files and can convert many types of native files. With proficiency in Solidworks, our design staff will then design the custom insulation cover you need, and keep that design on file in our secure design library in case you ever need to reorder.

Ensuring Fit & Performance
Every Thermaxx Jacket that we manufacture is guaranteed to fit and perform in accordance with the agreed-upon specifications. We will repair or replace at no charge any insulation cover that does not live up to our superior workmanship and performance standards.
